The Rose Society of Northern Ireland enjoys the support of rosarians mainly resident in Ireland, but also from other parts of the British Isles. The Society's objectives are to educate about the cultivation of the rose and to disseminate knowledge of the rose, its species and cultivars.
Lectures are held in Belfast throughout the winter months, along with one lecture in a different provincial town each season. The summer programme includes two Rose Shows and involvement in the City of Belfast Rose Week, along with the International Trials at Sir Thomas and Lady Dixon Park.
Two newsletters are produced each year, one for each of the programme periods referred to above. Members are able to avail themselves of all the above and also enjoy the benefits of personal involvement.
Fees: £10.00 annually
