Founded in in Hamburg in 1883, the German Rose Society is the largest specialist plant society in Germany, with approximately 9,000 members.
We offer the following free services to our members:
• four issues of the Rosenbogen - our colourful members' journal
• our annual Rosen-Jahrbuch
• free advisory service for all rose problems
• the ability to join a special circle of rose friends all over Germany
• a national Rose Convention each year
• annual trips to different rose gardens around the world
